The game, held on December 9, 2025, in Orland Park, Illinois, saw Stagg take control in the second half to secure their road victory. According to reports, after a closely contested first half, the Chargers managed to outscore the Eagles by maintaining a balanced offensive strategy and delivering crucial points in the fourth quarter. Despite Sandburg’s efforts to stage a comeback, Stagg’s pace in the final period ensured their win. Key performances included Ava Eeten scoring 13 points for Stagg, supported by other role players. Sandburg’s leading scorers contributed significantly but could not overcome Stagg’s late-game surge.
