Amos Alonzo Stagg High School in Palos Hills, Illinois, has appointed Danielle Doidge as the new Head Cheerleading Coach. Doidge, who has been with the school for five years as an Assistant Cheerleading Coach, is recognized for her contributions to the cheer program’s growth and competitive achievements.
Her previous role involved developing training sessions that emphasized strength, flexibility, and stunting. Under her guidance, the team recently qualified for state-level competition, marking a notable achievement in the school’s cheerleading history. Doidge is also known for creating routines that prioritize athlete safety and performance quality.
Beyond cheerleading, Doidge serves as a Physical Education Teacher and Assistant Powerlifting Coach at Stagg High School. Her responsibilities include crafting individualized training plans and ensuring safe lifting practices for students aiming to meet their strength objectives.
Jen Doede, the Athletic Director at Stagg High School, praised Doidge’s qualities: “Danielle brings energy, skill, and dedication to everything she does. Her ability to motivate, inspire, and lead young athletes makes her the ideal leader for our cheer program moving forward.”
